An absolute delight selected by Madrepuglia. Intense and decisive flavor, obtained from the best tomatoes from the Apulia garden dried with the sun according to traditional rites. Extra virgin olive oil and basil give an even more fragrant aroma, a pinch of chilli and oregano make the dried tomato paté a sought-after product for the most refined and demanding palates. Ideal side for bruschetta, croutons, bread and tasty appetizers but also excellent for mixing with pasta and obtaining an unconventional first course.
