A delicate velvety obtained from the tender hearts of the best Apulian artichokes, grown with passion, love and dedication, in the warm Apulia sun.
The intoxicating scent that is released when the jar is opened is a wedding invitation. The exquisite flavor of bruschetta, croutons and bread topped with the Madrepuglia artichoke paté, obtained with the addition of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of mint, make the appetizers special. Closing the jar before the pate is finished will be a tough test.

Artichokes 58%, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, parsley, salt, garlic, mint, acidity regulator: lactic acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
